Cancellation Policy and Reschedules

Appointment Policies

  • To Secure your appointment time, a credit card is requires to be placed on file.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Reminder texts/emails are sent out up to 4 days in advance, so you should be able to notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if needing to cancel/reschedule. :)

  • Cancellations made before 48 hours will not incur any charges.

  • Rescheduled appointments within 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee, which will apply to the next rebooked service.

  • If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms, please notify me as soon as possible and avoid coming to the salon.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Cancellations with reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment: 50% of the total service cost.

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling: 100% of the total service cost.

    Cancellation Fee Refund

  • In the event that you do not reschedule, the cancellation fee is non-refundable.

Policies on Children

  • Unless your child has an appointment of their own, it is highly recommended that small children do not accompany you for your appointment. It is for their safety as we work with many hot tools and sharp objects. However, in the event that it is not feasible, I ask that you and your child respect the space and other stylists.
